A family medical practice based in Massachussetts
Chestnut Medical Associates partnered with me to develop a complete, professional brand system that would establish their presence as a trusted and modern healthcare provider. I led the project from concept to rollout, creating a comprehensive visual identity that could scale across digital, print, and real-world touchpoints — all backed by a detailed set of brand guidelines for consistency across teams and vendors.
The branding suite included:
A primary logo, secondary logo, brand mark, and submark designed for maximum versatility and clarity across platforms.
A refined color palette, typography system, and usage guidelines — all compiled into a custom brand guidelines document that outlines logo usage, spacing rules, do’s and don’ts, and brand tone. This ensures every future piece of collateral aligns with their visual identity, whether internal or outsourced.
Beyond the brand system, I also created:
Custom business cards for staff and leadership
Professional letterhead and print templates
Branded lanyards and name badges, combining function with on-brand styling
Branded apparel, including embroidered and printed formats
A fully responsive website built to be patient-friendly, accessible (HIPAA compliant forms), and visually aligned with the new identity
This project involved not just visual design, but also strategic thinking around user experience, information hierarchy, and long-term brand sustainability. The result is a polished, scalable brand presence that reflects the warmth, professionalism, and modern care values at the heart of Chestnut Medical Associates.
