  • What is your turn around time for a design project?
    This will be highly dependent on your design needs. We will provide a very clear breakdown of how long a project can/will take once we have obtained all of the information about your project in any initial discovery conversation(s). With that said, depending on our own workload from incoming clients, most projects range from a few days to a few weeks. Larger projects such as full branding packages and website creation can take up to two months depending on the scope. If you have a strict deadline that you will need any design work completed by please make sure you include that in your initial inquiry so we can determine if we are able to accommodate your request.
  • How do I pay?
    We currently accept payments in the form of credit card, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Most projects require a 50% deposit prior to starting the project and the remaining balance of 50% is due once the project is approved (prior to deliverables being sent). For any payment plan or sliding scale priced projects, PixelJawns will work directly with the client to set the terms of payment during the initial discovery phase of the project.
  • How do I get in touch to work with you?
    We are obsessed that you're ready to work with us! The easiest way to contact us to initiate a design request is to utilize our contact us page. Be as detailed as you can in your initial outreach including details such as: What package or design project you're interested in, any timelines you need to stay within, any budget or payment terms that you will need to stick to, etc. The more information you provide the easier it will be for us to provide you with the most accurate quote and/or reply about your design needs.   • How much are your services?
    For logo and branding services, our pricing ranges from $500 to $10,000 depending on the package you decide is best for your needs. For print and digital design services, our pricing is project based. Once we have obtained all of the information we need about the scope of your project we can provide you with a quote. As a studio who started out as a small business and worked our way up, we believe that money should not be a barrier when trying to achieve your goals and dreams. For this reason we are proud to be able to provide flexible payment options, as well as a sliding scale pricing model for those who may need more accessible options.   • Why do I need a primary logo, secondary logo, and a logo mark?
    A primary logo serves as your companies main visual representation for your brand. This will be the logo you use the most. A secondary logo is typically an alternative layout of the primary logo that allows for more diverse ways to utilize your logo while still remaining visually appealing. For example, perhaps you need to fill a vertical space but your primary logo is more horizontally aligned, you can utilize your secondary logo and keep your brand looking consistent and attractive. A logo mark, or icon depending on your brands needs, is something that makes your brand instantly recognizable in an abbreviated way. Think the Apple icon from Apple, or the G icon from Google. This will best be used on spaces like social media or application icons. With these three logo variations you're set to display your brand anywhere you could possibly put it!
